We had James clean all of our smoke filled carpet when we moved into our new home. We thought we'd have to replace it, after his service they looked and smelled new! He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a job well done.

Friendly, professional trustworthy service, backed by a no hassle "no problem!" attitude to any problem. James was fast and professional and obviously enjoys what he does. I have no problem recommending him.

I hired James of Harold William Fine Services to attempt to clean 3 chairs that were heavily stained. I admitted that I thought they would never come clean because the stains had been there so long. James was diligent, fast and efficient and made those chairs so clean, my husband thought I had bought new ones. I also had him clean our carpeted stairs and as James was cleaning, he found that some of the carpet had come loose, so got his tools and fixed it. I would highly recommend James for any carpet or upholstery cleaning job.
