I had an appointment today to get dermaplaining and a facial. I show up for my apt and was told the heat isn’t working- fine, no big deal- however, when it’s already freezing and you don’t even have as much as a space heater going and then use ice cold water to rinse my face after a facial was not pleasant at all. I pay for my service and leave a tip. I get to my car to see that multiple sections of my chin and jawline were missed. Not impressed with the service I received from the heat, cold water, lack of friendly service with any kind of smile or conversation, the missed spots - all around terrible experience. My first and last visit.
