A standard beurocratic office that just tries hard not to do their job often asking for unnecessary documents or sending people to print things even if they have it on email or as soft copy.
Went to get my USA license exchanged and even after the standard runaround, they wanted to know where all in the world I had licenses and tried their best to get be a driving record from all the 4 countries I used to reside in even though I provided almost the last decade of driving experience from Michigan along with a current Michigan license.
Ultimately, got my task accomplished but a little bit of empathy and helpful mentality is appreciated

I went into the drive test centre just now. I couldn’t wait to get to my car to share a great review about my experience. Farjana was great to deal with. She answered all my questions and helped me out beyond what I would expect! Thank you so much for making my trip to the drive test centre the best ever! I appreciate you!!

As mentioned in other reviews, I also went in the morning, and there was no rush — the initial process was completed quickly. However, the receptionist was extremely rude and showed no respect for others. After the initial steps, he asked me to wait for the test. I waited unnecessarily for about 10 minutes, and no one called me. I eventually went and asked myself. The lady in the test room was very kind and welcoming. I completed my test without any issues after that. Most people there seemed new and unfamiliar with the process, so the staff should have been more helpful in guiding everyone to make things move quickly, but unfortunately, they were not, which resulted... read full review
