Coulter's Furniture provides outstanding customer service. When customers have issues with their furniture, the company is very responsive in resolving the problems. They promptly pick up the items, repair them in the shop, and then re-deliver the furniture within a few days. The delivery team is accommodating, providing a reasonable timeframe and arriving exactly when promised. Customers appreciate the friendly staff and that all the services are provided free of charge.
We placed a purchase for a Palliser theatre seating set in June of 2026. By August of 2026, we were kindly informed by Coulter’s that Palliser had been bought out, and that more than likely, our furniture would no longer be built in Canada; which was the main reason we purchased. Coulter’s understood our stance, and quickly refunded our deposit. We will be happy to deal with Coulter’s again (Maria, Tim, and Crystal were fantastic to work with) once they have an alternative Canadian theatre seating set available.
