We had the best experience with Fadia and Claudia...they pierced the ears for both of my girls and mine too. They were patient, kind, professional and understanding. They gave my girls the space to become comfortable with getting their ears pierced, and made them (as well as me) feel at ease.

Brought my very nervous 5 year old in to get her ears pierced today. Ken was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and made my daughter feel excited about the experience. He was very patient and explained the process to her in detail. Ken was dancing, making jokes with my daughter, and provided her with a gift bag and a bravery certificate. Fadia and Ken did the piercing at the same time and my daughter laughed when it was all over. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience you provided today. Will definitely be recommending to everyone.
