Stay away from this company. Carol has had my mother's documents to file her final income tax since Sept 2023. IF she answers your calls she makes one excuse after another about why they aren't filed. In an attempt to problem solve she became aggressive yelled over me and refused to take any responsibility. I suggested I would be calling the CPA she said go ahead they can't touch me. If anyone else has experienced this horrible service please consider filing a complaint.
