The products and customer service at Better Blinds and Drapery are top notch. I bought my automatic blinds from them about 7 years ago (for 2 bedrooms and the living room). The blinds are amazing and I only recently had a glitch with one of them. I contacted the store and Mark booked me an appointment right away that worked around my schedule. He came out a couple of days later and had the problem fixed in a short amount of time. Mark also helped me with the app on my phone that controls the blinds. I normally just use the remotes and wasn’t taking full advantage of all the features available to me! I’m VERY satisfied with this business, their staff, and the products! I would definitely recommend to others:)
