From the moment I stepped through the doors of Double Beauty, I knew that the service was going to be amazing! Today I had an appointment with Jeanine (I hope I spelt that right!) and she was absolutely AMAZING! She's so passionate about what she does and it was amazing having that 1 on 1 opportunity to get to know my stylist while she was cutting my hair. I originally booked a cut. But Jeanine offered a wash and blow dry so I took her up on the offer. I am SO glad I did! Jeanine went above and beyond for me today, offered to style my hair and also recommended a hair treatment kit which I am so excited to try!
Overall, I was amazed by the service and she was so informative about what I should be doing with my hair. If I could rate any higher, I really would!

I have been going to Double Beauty for over 20 years, The hairstylists are fantastic! She cuts my hair with care rather than rushing through it. She spends time with her clients and will make adjustments slowly. You can put your trust with them.

Not happy with my colour or cut. Still upset about it! At least she charged me a reduced price. Won't go back.

I went in and asked specifically for just roots and toner. The owner decided that i needed highlights. She gave me 3 bee stripes in my bangs. No toner over them, just raw orange, uneaven lift. I'm talking like 1998 orange stripes. I called back the day of to get the unwanted stripes out as it was so awful and the embarassing. The owner made her employee fix it by just covering it up. No refund, and the employee didn't even dry my hair after the "correction" as "she'd have to charge me". 150$ for this service. Needless to say i do not recommend this salon to anyone under 80

Always a pleasure to have the 'Double Beauty' experience !The staff is always welcoming and treat you like you're part of the family! I feel 100% comfortable .It takes me over an hour to get there ,but it's the only salon that l am always totally satisfied with my hair .I would highly recommend them !
