They are down to earth for one. Two, they have always taken my hopeless thoughts and returned it with a phone call saying "we have a fiat ready for you" much to my surprise each time. They have been my only mechanic aside from family, ever, and I would not rather go anywhere else. They have yet to let me down but instead brightened my day a many of times.
