I hit a deer in May 2023 and my car was sent to D’s Collision Center by my insurance. The staff there was extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. They gave me an estimated time as to when my car would be finished and it was done sooner than expected. They were very thorough in their inspection and kept me updated. Great final result of the vehicle repairs. Unfortunately it did take around a month and a half to get the car back, due to back orders and not being able to start repairs on the vehicle until 3 weeks in. I’m also still waiting on a couple small back order parts that were supposed to be put on my car and I haven’t heard anything yet.
