I got in touch with Cobie from Williamsburg pump when my mom's well pump started failing. I was pretty stressed out because we are both low income and I didn't want her to lose her water source. I live out of province so I had to do my best to explain the issue to Cobie over the phone even though I'm not very knowledgeable on wells and well pumps, and he took his time explaining to me what the issue sounded like, and what the best options were. He came back to me with a very accurate estimate so I could do a fundraiser to help my mom pay for it and checked in regularly to make sure it was going well and asking if we needed more time.I was able to raise... read full review
