I got in touch with Cobie from Williamsburg pump when my mom's well pump started failing. I was pretty stressed out because we are both low income and I didn't want her to lose her water source. I live out of province so I had to do my best to explain the issue to Cobie over the phone even though I'm not very knowledgeable on wells and well pumps, and he took his time explaining to me what the issue sounded like, and what the best options were.
