I’ve been going here for the last 5 years at least and the service has always been top tier. I won’t trust anyone else with my jeep and they have always been very informative and explain to me what I need done. They also always get things fixed in the time line they tell me and keep me updated on needing any parts ordered etc. They’re also super friendly and amazing at what they do. I recommend them to anyone needing car repairs!
We’ve been using Precision Tune for several years now, and we have always found the customer service to be exceptional. They are quick, thorough, honest and the prices are fair.This week I dropped our car off for an exhaust leak . Already looking to replace the car within the next year, we were obviously concerned about the potential cost of exhaust repair,.but Precision came through again.The car had a couple of rusted bolts along the exhaust line, which they quickly fixed, and then they sent us on our way without charge.We have dealt with garages in the past which would have found a reason to replace part or the whole exhaust, or they would have charged us for the...read full review
Fantastic experience here.I needed to hardwire my dash cam to the car's fuse box, but I wasn't sure how to use the hardware or install it correctly.I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, went back and grabbed Dave, the owner, to assist me.Dave used his multimeter to quickly identify the appropriate fuse and installed the dash cam within minutes.When I asked about payment, Dave kindly refused, demonstrating his people first approach when dealing with customers.I definitely trust him with any future car issues I may have.
