Shortly after, I was contacted by a project manager, and within 24 hours, two team members, Justin and Damien, were on-site. Both were professional, courteous, and reassured me that they would take the best care of our roof. They worked diligently for about four hours, addressing every detail, no matter how small. From replacing and re-gluing loose shingles to fixing nail pops, they ensured everything was flawless.
