Less than an hour later, Chris arrived and applied his extensive professional knowledge to identify and fix the problems with my front door. Then Chris did routine maintenance on another door, and finally identified and fixed problems with a third door. “I contacted Diane to get my new house's locks replaced. She was extremely helpful in all of our interactions and helped me pick out what would work well for what I wanted.

John came out to do the install, and he was terrific. Explained everything he was doing, did his best to make no mess while drilling through the doors, and made sure I knew how to change the locks' codes. He even gave advice on how to stop one of the doors sticking, and he put in 3" screws into the strike plates without me having to ask him.
