I received excellent service from Lockshop Ltd in Whitby today. First, Nathan assisted me on the phone, providing troubleshooting advice and suggestions, and was very patient as I was also contending with tech issues with my phone. Less than an hour later, Chris arrived and applied his extensive professional knowledge to identify and fix the problems with my front door. Then Chris did routine maintenance on another door, and finally identified and fixed problems with a third door. Through all this, Chris inspired my confidence with his technical insights and problem solving. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Jeffery and the gentlemen at Lockshop Ltd.They are welcoming, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. After being told by my car dealership that my barely used spare fob was non repairable and charged an extremely high amount to be told that and assured it was tested, I decided to take it to the Lockshop for a 2nd opinion after having the pleasure of meeting Jeffery at a call out at my workplace. He showed me how he tested the connections (which were fine )and realized that in fact the battery was in upside down. Which my dealership should have caught . Great place to go. They have a great selection of products and services. They are trustworthy. If they don't have what you are looking for (this is very rare) then if you ask they will suggest something or somewhere you could look. They have great customer service. 100% convenient location!!!!
