Really good place with nice helpful happy staff. I went in to get my daughter a haircut. We didnt have an appointment, but were checked in right away. We had to wait only for 15 minutes for our turn. The guy named Irfan (if i remember the name correctly) was really nice and good with my kid. He chatted with her, made her feel comfortable. She wanted to get a dora the explorer hair cut, which doesnt suit her face shape, he explained it all to her, and suggested shoulder length layers with face sculpting bangs, my girl agreed! I have been to a number of Great Clips around Durham but the Whitby Brock location is now my go-to spot, thanks to Idrees. Idrees is one of the barbers at this location as he is worth waiting in line for when you are here. His attention to detail always leaves me with the perfect cut. I have also taken my 2 year old son to Idrees and he was fantastic, we received many comments about his haircut. I will continue to go here for as long as Idress is cutting hair.
