Gentle Family Home Care was the perfect match for my mother's needs. A wonderful way to have a parent taken care of when an adult caretaker needs some respite.
I was quite anxious about the whole idea, with it being a new experience, however, my mind was put at rest day one when I checked in and heard the happiness in my mom's voice!!
Natalie did an amazing job and went above and beyond to engage my mom in more ways that I even manage to do! Overall a great experience and if or when we need to hire another another respite PSW, guaranteed it will be from Gentle Family Home Care. Thanks so very much, Dianne 😃

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gentle Family Home Care Services and the care they provide for my 95 year old mom, who has dementia. Sonia and Kibee are incredibly kind and patient and go the extra mile to make sure my mom feels comfortable and safe. Dianne, the CEO, is exceptionally organized and compassionate. Her reliability and personal attention makes such a difference to our family. We are so grateful for this wonderful team!
