Melanie is so talented. She fixed the issues I had with my brows. They are now even. She explained it would take 2-3 months before they were perfect as I had gaps to fix and needed hair growth to do that. She was right. My brows look amazing and the tinting is perfect. Now I no longer have to use a brow pencil, this saves me a lot of time each morning. Love Fuzz Wax Bar!! Whitby
UPDATE: I went back to try again and they were wonderful! My waxer was great, the front desk staff was very kind, and it was very clean. Thank you so much!Overall this location is okay. My waxer was very sweet and it was pretty clean inside. However, the front desk staff was not very welcoming at all. I also got a ton of ingrown hairs after my wax which never happens when I go to my usual place. I was also not given a towel or wipe before my appointment, which was honestly kind of uncomfortable. I probably wouldn't come back to this location again, but if my usual place is full I'd consider it.
Have been coming to Fuzz Whitby for quite a few years, and even though I have moved a bit further away, have continued to come to the location. Melanie is Amazing ! She is very efficient, and friendly, checks in with you many times to make sure you are comfortable. The space is clean, and the people at reception are always very welcoming and make sure you have a good experience. Would highly recommend Melanie, and Fuzz Wax Bar Whitby.
