This is a wonderful multi disciplinary practice for the whole family. Chiropractic care, massage and Naturopathic medicine.We enjoy seeing Dr. Trisha who takes her time to listen to her patients and their bodies needs for a great adjustment. Shannon is a wonderful massage therapist who will assist you in achieving a wonderful relaxing treatment or will really work out those stress knots! First Step Family Chiropractic has been providing my health care for the last few years and they are all fantastic and very professional! But especially Shannon who has been providing therapeutic massages for me the last few years. What a difference she has made in my health and wellbeing!

Dr. Kennedy and the team at First Step are amazing! They are all so kind and patient with myself and my children who come in for appointments. Great atmosphere, great treatments. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for chiropractic care or assessment.
