First Step Family Chiropractic is a multi-disciplinary practice that offers chiropractic care, massage therapy, and naturopathic medicine. The practice is known for its caring and professional staff, including Dr. Trisha who takes the time to listen to patients' needs, and Shannon, a skilled massage therapist who helps relieve back pain and stress. The clinic also provides a warm welcome to all patients.
I’ve been taking my newborn to see Dr. Tricia since he was just a couple of weeks old and we always have a great experience. Dr. Tricia is kind, gentle and understanding when treating my baby. Adjustments are quick and painless and baby always seems relaxed and comfortable throughout and after the appointment. We have seen great improvement in his head turn preference and gassiness since being treated regularly by her. We can’t thank you enough Dr. Tricia and team!!

Dr. Trish is awesome. She takes her time to do her chiropractic adjustment. She never rush the treatment and I always felt better after my adjustments.
