All we can say is wow! We had Darren provide a house inspection today on a house we were interested in and were over the moon impressed of his service. If I could only say one thing about this place it would be "Hiring Darren is the right choice." He was an excellent communicator, very extensive in his report to us and very fast to provide a digital copy with photos. My husband and I learned so much from his report as first time home buyers and felt very comfortable with the process. He recommended people to help with some of the issues that came up as well!
Darren was amazing! I am a first time home buyer who has rented my whole life, so I wasn't sure what to look out for in a house, nor did I know how certain appliances worked (like a furnace or how to turn off the water pipes). Darren did such a thorough job of inspecting all aspects of the home, and engaged me in the process. He explained what's what and how to maintain it. It was a nice educational experience. I was expecting a quick walk through of the home with a clipboard but Darren conducted the inspection as if it was his own property. As for scheduling, he was proactive in getting in touch on the same day, and when conflicts came up he was flexible in changing it as well. Highly recommend this company and Darren for first time home buyers who have no idea what they're getting into...
