Highly recommend!! The booking process was so quick and easy, Mihaela was very responsive and provided me with all the necessary details for my cleaning appointment. Carmen and her team member came early to the appointment and were super friendly! You can tell they’re experts, Carmen right away knew the high dust/ dirty areas and tackled them right away. They listened to our concerns about specific areas and made sure we were satisfied with the results. I booked Durham Home Cleaning for their deep cleaning package for a move-in clean, and was so impressed by Michaela and her colleague. They did an outstanding job. This was a massive move-in clean, and they went above and beyond and did not miss a thing. They were both professional, on time, so friendly, and amazing with the clean.
