I had the pleasure of going to Durham Autocare for the for time to get my brakes done. Hermes was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest, I felt very comfortable. Great communication about the repair and my car was completed earlier than promised. Will definitely be back.
Hermes was great over the phone in helping to arrange and schedule the front axle repair on my Toyota rav4. He took the car the next morning and I was back on the road by noon. Great service and very honest and professional, will use again and highly recommend as well!!
Very efficient & affordable; final price was less than the quote. Car was in by 9 and out by 3. Great follow-up by phone as Hermes promised. Definitely using them next time. No need for a 2nd diagnosis !
