I went in to ask for an estimate and the gentleman that helped us (I assume it was Doug) was SO helpful and kind. He even took our car for a test drive to check out the noise it was making. Great service!
I have always had excellent customer service from Doug and his team. I brought my 2004 Ford Focus in for muffler work and Doug found an inexpensive solution to the problem. The dealership was 3x as much. Since I wasn't planning on holding onto the car much longer, I was pleased to spend less money. When I bought a 2007 Kia mini-van, I took it into Doug's for a once-over to see if they could see any problems before my warranty with the dealership was up. They found no problems and didn't charge me for the 45 minutes they spent looking at the car. I continue to go to Doug's because I believe they are honest and reliable.
I had the pleasure of meeting Doug yesterday to discuss an issue that I'm having with my '16 VW. He sent me away with a solution and wouldn't take my money. I got the definite impression that this is a trustworthy mechanic that deserves my business and I will be back for sure.
