The Best Buy Whitby customer service desk, especially an associate named Ty, really went above and beyond in helping me with pulling up an invoice from over a year and a half ago. He did some amazing investigative work despite having very little information to go on, and was able to print me a copy that I could submit for my manufacturer warranty. Many other people would have thought it impossible and might have given up, but he really put in the extra steps to do this for me and I am SO SO SO grateful. Adam on the Geek Squad was SO incredibly helpful and efficient. We were picking up an online order, looking for an external hard drive AND a clip-on mic. He was very knowledgeable and a prime example of the service expected from Best Buy. Great store. Great team
After a terrible experience at the Best Buy location in Oshawa, our visit to this store was a breath of fresh air. We were greeted immediately by friendly associates. Aryan—hopefully, I spelled his name right—answered our questions and helped us decide on a laptop for my daughter. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return to this location for future electronics purchases.
