Hired Emad at Arrow engineering to inspect some possible load bearing walls in our home, and was very happy with entire process. He did a thorough inspection from the basement to the attic. After the inspection he emailed us a certificate and invoice and let us know that if any city inspectors came by, we were covered now and to just show them the the certificate. After making many phone calls to structural engineers for quotes, I found Emad was very fair priced and also easy to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend him to others.
Excellent experience with Emad and he’s extremely knowledgeable. Would very much recommend to anyone looking for structural engineering services. We needed to know for certain a wall was loadbearing on our 100 year old house and it didn’t appear to be loadbearing but due to age, they did things a bit differently then and had different standards. Lo and behold it was loadbearing all thanks to Emad’s expertise, glad we didn’t start opening up walls! Thanks Emad!
