I purchased a new AC unit in June 2025 and while we knew we were eventually going to need a new furnace, we chose not to replace the furnace at the same time due to cost.
Well, fast forward a month and a half, the blower in the furnace went kaput along with the control board. So I called Aire One East.
They sent a tech out who arrived within an hour. Very friendly and knowledgable. After assessing the situation he confirmed the issue and presented me with a few options (fix the old furnace or buy new).

I have been with Air One for over 35 + years. I believe they had no offices out in Durham. (Mississauga?) back then. They have installed 2 Furnaces, 2 Central Airconditioners. 2 furnace humidifiers. They have been in for preventative maintenance on a regular basis over the years.
I have yet to have a service representative that wasn't polite, patient and answered my inquisitive, sometimes stupid questions and still get the job done well and in good time.
On my more recent purchase of a Furnace the price was better than all other estimates, fast turnaround good work.

We needed to get our heater replaced as it was nearing end of life an decided on getting air conditioning added as well. We got a few quotes with Air one east and 2 other companies in our area. Tony from Air One East was able to give us the best price available and was absolutely fantastic in guiding us in the right direction and explaining our best options. Within a couple of days after everything was finalized we had the crew (Jason and Patrick) installing the units in our home. These guys took their time to answer all of our questions and concerns and walk us through what to expect.
