Exceptional experience with 2 Bro's! At 2am our tenant advised that water had started dripping rapidly between water meter and shut off. I'd seen many recommendations of 2 Bro's Plumbing so I took a chance that someone might be online in the middle of the night. Within minutes Celeste responded, reviewed our video and advised us to start with a call to Durham Water, indicating that it looked like it was meter-related. Also told us that we were safe as long as there were no drips when the water main was off, and that they could come to the house on Monday morning if Durham Water advised that it wasn't meter-related. While in the end we didn't need 2 Bro's to come to be house this time, we will definitely be calling next time we need plumbing help. This kind of responsiveness and support is a rare thing.
