Exceptional experience with 2 Bro's! At 2am our tenant advised that water had started dripping rapidly between water meter and shut off. I'd seen many recommendations of 2 Bro's Plumbing so I took a chance that someone might be online in the middle of the night. Within minutes Celeste responded, reviewed our video and advised us to start with a call to Durham Water, indicating that it looked like it was meter-related. Also told us that we were safe as long as there were no drips when the water main was off, and that they could come to the house on Monday morning if Durham Water advised that it wasn't meter-related. While in the end we didn't need 2 Bro's to come to be house this time, we will definitely be calling next time we need plumbing help. This kind of responsiveness and support is a rare thing. Had a little water emergency….thought I turned off main water supply to the house but apparently not lol. Called 2 Bro”s Plumbing in a panic and was greeted by a super kind gentleman who walked me through finding the main water supply and getting it turned off properly. Usually these days one is skeptical calling a new place and be taken for a ride. I am very happy that I followed Facebook recommendations and called. I am always one who wants to use local people/businesses and this company has my five stars and a place in my contacts for future use and referrals. Cannot thank you enough.
