“Great Gym. Wide variety of equipment, everything you need for a good workout whether you prefer machines or free weights. Also a turf area with a sled, rings, and a punching bag upstairs. Some equipment is older however very well maintained and clean. Staff accommodating and helpful. Wide variety of people, comfortable environment“

I always get complimented on how great and natural it looks especially with my fair skin tone! Charis is very professional, responds quickly, always follows up, and her tan room is so cute! “I have been going here off and on for years, I love the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and recently I started using the stand up bed with red light therapy. The Bosslady told me it would help with my pain. I was of course skeptical because there has been no modern or holistic meds that helped with my pain.I have been mostly pain free for weeks now.
