I have been going here off and on for years, I love the staff. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and recently I started using the stand up bed with red light therapy. The Bosslady told me it would help with my pain. I was of course skeptical because there has been no modern or holistic meds that helped with my pain.I have been mostly pain free for weeks now. Believe her when she tells you she can help with multiple health ailments. Thanks Glo and go for giving me my life back. Kelley Grant

I've been going for a few years now, and I have never had a bad experience! Heidi and her staff are wonderful! They go out their way to keep clients happy! They are so friendly, so warm, and so welcoming! I've been to many different places, and by far they are the best! Always an amazing experience going in to get a tan! Boss Lady is so knowledgeable, recommends the best products, always thinks about whats best & looks out for her clients. Even after not tanning for a couple of years, I was remembered and felt like family walking in the door again! Glo & Go is the best tanning salon in the Niagara region.
