As someone with 40 plus years of glasses who still manages to loathe the new glasses experience, I ended up here as the only place open on a Saturday - in the moment that I just couldn't keep my scratched up lenses for one minute longer. Constance greeted me warmly, despite my warning that I would be polite and friendly, but I hated it all Iol She was patient, honest, and most of all understanding. I recently purchased 2 pairs of glasses from Pearle Vision at the Seaway Mall. Constance, Gillian and Simran were so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They helped me choose the glasses that looked and fit me the best. I will definitely go back next time I need glasses, and I will recommend this location and these amazing ladies to friends and family!

I just left Pearle Vision in the Seaway Mall. It was my first time getting glasses, so I had no clue what I was doing. From the second I entered the store I was promptly greeted, then Don took over handling my prescription and the insurance company. It was a great experience start to finish, and Don provides fantastic customer service.
