I was very intimidated, because I knew nothing about hot tubs. So I booked an appointment with their maintenance technician Andrew, to have the tub drained and cleaned. What an amazing experience. Andrew is very knowledgeable. He went over the operation of the tub, drained it, and cleaned it. His work is pristine. He was so helpful, very kind and very patient. Outstanding services by Amy and Jacob from MP Paradise Pools. We had been losing water from our bubbles jets and they diagnosed the issue promptly and fixed it. Picked up new gaskets and provided us a tool to use when closing to prevent the same issues. I highly recommend their services and we are thankful and very appreciative of their work.
