Let me just start off by saying she is the sweetest person ever. She’s so kind and easy to talk to. He prices are also very reasonable compared to other salons out there. I had a pretty long appointment since I was getting a full balayage, and the entire time she kept asking me if I needed any drinks or if I needed to stretch or anything. My son requested a change with his hair for his birthday. I booked with Bekah. The whole process she was so informative with what was going to happen next. My son had to bleach his hair for his desired look, Bekah was continuing to ask if he needed anything, making sure he knew what was going on all while distracting and making him laugh. Bekah was so calming and gentle with the washing process, my son had closed eyes and felt safe. While dying his hair, you could see the pure excitement from his smiles ear to ear. Our stay was over an hour, and she continued to remind us they have drinks there for us as well. 100% recommend Bekah at Metch hair group.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Bekah today. She was kind, informative Affordable, quick, and did exactly what I wanted! She even went above and beyond giving my bangs a trim, asking if I wanted my hair styled, offering me coffee, and making sure I was satisfied, I had gotten a blonde streak done and had my roots touched up. And it turned out great, didn't take too long, my hair feels great and the bleach didn’t damage my hair!and I’m really happy with the result. Would definitely recommend bekah and the salon, the atmosphere felt like making a home visit to a friend very relaxing.
