Called for appointment. Was told I needed reference from someone who was already client. Great way to lose a customer. If you want my business you should grab it since now you lost it and my faith in you as a good business owner.

Very disappointed in this establishment. It's mentioned that they are open until 9pm but when we arrived, it was closed. Update your hours please.

Chris is an excellent pro, and gave me a very good cut. He knows how my hair grows and gave me the shape I wanted. It is a pleasant shop and it is nice and quiet, no loud music, and very clean and bright. Great location and parking facilities.

They are by appointment only. Although they didn’t have anyone to provide me service, they called me back and suggested an alternative. If they are as consistent with their work as they are with their customer service they will be great!

I only had 1 appointment, which I was disappointed with. I did enjoy getting my hair washed, with a relaxing scalp massage; but the haircut itself was not what I asked for. I didn't realize this until I washed my hair 2 days later and tried to style it myself. I even showed her a photo of what I wanted. She did not cut the bottom nor layer the sides. When I asked her why she was not sectioning off the different areas, she said that was the old way of doing it. No product was used for styling, neither was a curling iron....just a blow dryer. I paid $37 which was supposed to be the "Seniors" discount; but later found out that the full price was $38! So, the discount was $1??? Not a happy client.
