I have been seen by both Dr Nanini and Dr Pelletier. I started seeing Dr Nanini as a child as did my husband. They are both thorough and explain everything and make you feel comfortable. They are both very kind and welcoming. My daughter sees Dr Pelletier, she is special needs, and Dr Pelletier is amazing with her. I couldn't be more grateful for the care my daughter recieves and Dr Pelletier's kindness and patience. She makes it fun for my daughter and my daughter adores her. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
IRIS Welland was such a pleasant experience! Working with Dr. Nanini is the best eye exam I have had, he explained everything in depth and really took his time to ensure I understood my eye health.
With the new prescription provided I was assisted by Neer to choose new glasses, with such a wide selection of frames I was pretty indecisive but with the help of Neer, Rita and Tanya they made this process much easier and made sure I got the frame that suited me.

Very friendly, and are very patient with young children, will adapt to what they need and like, for example my kids like wiggles and ms Rachel, to keep them focused on the screen they played one of them to do their eye exam.
