I am always apprehensive to trying someone new with my hair! Gloss was recommended by my neighbor, which always helps ease my "mane" fears. I was so pleasantly surprised by the friendliness, suggestions and the end results. LOVE and will definitely be back. Thanks Carrie for bringing my tresses back to life. :)

First time customer after a referral. Haven't seen a new stylist in over 20 years and super happy I took my friend up on her offer. Very clean, friendly and Carrie was very conscience of my type of hair and needs. Will definitely be going back.
