I had Luran as my hairdresser she did my hair for prom. My hair is not very nice and often falls out of everything. She was so nice so gentle and my hair stayed all night!! Highly recommend this place!!

Got a hair cut and debated getting it dyed for pride in a month.The hair dresser said she "fully understood the laws being passed in Florida as from what I heard trans people are erasing real women."She completed my hair cut, but she was still transphobic. I explained that she had just been reading anti-trans propaganda, and that we just want to be ourselves, if people are "erasing women", that's not us trans folk."I don't follow it, that's just what I read."Didn't defend herself after I explained all of the struggles I go through just to be myself without being harassed for it. Cut Plus is located in the Seaway Mall. The closest entrance to Cut Plus is the Seaway Mall's main entrance off of Niagara Street. Wheel chair accessible parking and entrances is available. The Niagara Regional Transit also stop at the Seaway Mall for ones that don't drive.The location itself is clean and the salon is deep. Lots of seats for customers to have their hair cut, styled, dyed, etc. Wait times are reasonable. Staff will greet you at the front desk fairly quickly, if not they may be coming from the back.Staff are friendly and schedule availability is good, even for walk ins when I've gone.
