This morning my A/C unit was not producing cool air. I called and they were here within the hour. Dustin and Emilio were professional, polite and respectful. They were honest in their work and talked me through everything that was potentially causing the issue. They even took pictures to show me and explained everything.
My A/C is now fixed and I know that I will be calling them back in the future.
Replaced a 40 year old air conditioner this week. Service was very quick to come out to see the problem. Appt was made for 2 days later. The guys who did the work were amazing as it was a bit complicated to complete. A great price for the unit and the labor. Highly recommend this company and I know who I will rely on moving forward. Bob came and fixed our Blower Fan on our furnace for our AC. He came over on a Friday afternoon and we have AC for the weekend. Rob Pietz Heating and Air Conditioning was recommended to us and they will be the company we stay with. Reliable, honest and fast service!!
