I need to do a huge shout out to A1 Flooring in Welland ... ? The customer service we received today was outstanding ☺️ the person whom we dealt with was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable !!! ? We did our due diligence and looked around elsewhere but nothing came close to the expertise and assistance we received from Anna at A1 !!! I don't know her & don't know if she will see this but I really wanted to acknowledge her excellence !!! ☺️

On floor service was impeccable, and very accommodating. They messed up the quote and we had to return to get it sorted out. Again impeccable service and very accommodating with this process. 4/5

The team at A1 Flooring made this an easy experience from start to finish. Curtis and James were very knowledgeable and helpful from selecting flooring, explaining installation and overseeing the whole project. Their installer Dan was super polite, hard working and his work was exemplary. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my new floors and recommended A1 Flooring to anyone looking for high quality product and installation.
