They do!).We had a complex project (burying a trampoline complete with very tight spot for excavation, unconventional retaining walls, need for adequate ventilation and drainage (including a sump pit). They pulled off every detail perfectly.We booked the job in Aug asking them for a specific start date. We have worked with a lot of contractors and more than 80% have some reason for not being able to start agreed date. Calvin and his team showed up right on the date and bright and early.A good contractor should provide lots of advice on how to improve the project (bcs they have more experience). In this respect, Calvin was invaluable. Tons of great suggestions which we implemented.Our job required us to work closely (and neatly) with our neighbours as we needed some of their space for our exavation. The neighbors commented on how neat and non-intrusive Calvin and team were.As a contractor myself, in progress changes to the scope of the work can be a real pain in the neck (however, it happens on almost every job). Contractors can respond negatively to changes in the scope of work. Calvin carefully discussed the changes and was able to easily absorb them into his schedule.Bottom line... its was a real good experience working with Calvin/CD Landscaping. Without a doubt we will be using them again on future projects.“
