“Had them come out to give me a quote about four projects on my property, but only after I had to call them back on the day-of because they lost me in their system on a Friday (July 31st, 2026). The person who arrived, Jason, was very thorough in taking notes, providing suggestions, and asking questions. Stated that they'd give me a quote by the end of the following Wednesday (August 5th). I waited until Tuesday the following week (August 11th) to reach out and they said they were backed up and would have the quote soon. I reached out again on August 17th, and didn't receive a reply until August 20th stating that they'd check to see if it was sent. It is now August 25th and I haven't received a quote yet. Very disappointing as I've heard nothing but good things about their business.
EDIT: After this review, I was reached out to by phone and a new visit was scheduled for Friday the 28th. I received the quote back on August 31st and we are evaluating our options. Thank you!”
