I wasn't impressed. I don't think they should be able to call themselves wholesale for a couple of reasons. We went to this location in order to purchase small sample size cups for an event. Their cup supplies were not very well organized and it took some time to find it. We went through the grocery section and noticed that the prices are basically grocery store prices. There is no wholesale. If someone was looking for much larger sizes of things for a restaurant, they could certainly find it there. Great service always!As a small business owner I’m so grateful for how professional the staff is. I recently had surgery on my hands and couldn’t do any lifting, the staff set my order aside ahead of time for me and also packed my vehicle.Thank you so much to you Tanya and Nolan From the Waterloo location.

Just ok, has things other grocery stores don’t have but you pay more for it. Consistency of products has continued to decrease even since before the pandemic.Keep and an eye register they are not accurate. I’ve been here over 100 times. Avoid using their washroom.
