Have got a couple massages here now. Tammy is excellent at what she does, she fines sore muscles i didn't even know I had and works out the knots. Will definitely continue to return here. The facility is in a nice location with lots of parking and the inside is clean and welcoming.

I booked a massage at Waterloo Wellness because I had severe shoulder pain and inflammation that wasn’t going away. Jessica was amazing, her massage really made my pain go down from 10 to maybe a 4, and I even had the courage to go to a Yin class that day when I couldn’t even think to move before going for the massage! She also offers great advice and is very knowledgeable about the body. Feeling really good also the next day and hopeful about my healing! Will definitely be returning here ☺️

Krista is so great at what she does, listens to your concerns and each time you visit her you will leave feeling so much better. Very relaxing experience every time. Highly recommend everyone to book an appointment with her!
