I bought my house through Letitia of Team Burca just over a year ago, and it worked out very well. As a single home owner my budget was somewhat restrained, yet she was very patient in searching for a house that wasn’t only within my price range, but that I would enjoy. The inspector she recommended saved me from a potential disastrous purchase early on, and she gave me a lot of great advice and encouragement between the beginning of my search in January, and closing the deal in May. It’s been a great home so far, and I had a great experience Team Burca overall.
