My vehicle was at another mechanics for 5 weeks due to a simple coolant light coming on... In the 5 weeks I managed to spend $2000 and vehicle was actually given back to me in much worse condition. I couldn't have the vehicle on for more then 2 mins without vehicle going into danger mood (i.e limp mood) due to "overheating". I brought my vehicle to redi rad out of desperation as I was ready to scrap this vehicle. In less then a day, Redi Rad replaced the defective temperature sensor and put new coolant in my ford escape. I been driving 8 days without any errors or issues!!! I appreciate them doing this job efficiently and the how fast I got the vehicle back is a bonus....read full review

Almost all the technicians working here are greyed hair carrying the tons of experience.I went there to fix my car which was blowing heat from one vent and cold from the rest.The technician worked and fixed in an hour. No unnecessary recommendations about repairs. They just hit the target..Definitely not an economical shop but service is top notch and that lil bit high prices compensates the true service. This saves time and hassle..The staff was friendly and worked as a team.Professional people with service that delivers.

I bought an '07 Toyota Prius and I was told that the previous owner was quoted $4000 to fix the AC. I took it over to Redi Rad and they found out that my freon (?) was too low (6 ounces when it should be to 17 ounces). They only charged me $150, and told me to come back next season to see if any of it leaked (they added a dye to it).The odd noises that my Prius was making stopped, and it's blowing clean cold air now. We'll see if this is permanent, but I'm hopeful.Also, they were very kind and helpful and explained everything to me clearly. Great service.
