I had a fabulous recent experience with Point Zero Auto Sound. They installed an aftermarket remote starter on my 2015 Toyota. They were flexible, accommodating, friendly, and informative. I highly recommend them for all your aftermarket needs!
Great service and nice people. They didn't take extra money from me and made me feel like everything they did was necessary with the friendly reminder of what to get done next. They were super fast and actually helped us out by doing some work really quickly for us. Highly recommended ! And they're not going to rip you off! They feel like a family business!
I was the furthest one can be from a car audio enthusiast, but these guys made me discover a fascinating world, and actually got me interested into its intricacies. Came in to boost my stock audio system, they first got me into the equivalent of a high end OEM system, then I told them I loved it so much, that a wanted more. They figured out a sensible solution with what I had done the first time (moar amps, baby). That humble, non- bragging, non-pushy receptionist / customer service / shop slave driver knows her shit, I trust her (almost) blindly.
