We hired them and the day they were supposed to do the work they cancelled and we didn’t hear back. Communication was atrocious. We asked them to let us know when to expect them so we could meet them at the waterfront but never heard back then suddenly said they refused to do the job. I’m not even sure they showed up to our waterfront. Super disappointing. Do not recommend.

Richard and his team have always been amazing to deal with and their communication is excellent, I always know when to expect them. I can’t thank Richard enough for making my lakefront property beautiful again, we love being able to swim in the lake again and drive our boat and Seadoo without them getting tangled up in weeds. Richard has always been very informative and forthcoming when I have questions and you definitely know that he’s very passionate about what he does. The customer service provided by this company is top notch and the results I get year after year are superb…keep up the great work!

This company is spraying pesticides that highly toxic in a lake in an area that is known critical fish spawning habitat and where residents directly pump drinking water from the lake. This company should not be supported, as they are contributing to environmental degradation and jeopardizing human health.
