I really enjoy my visits to Movati — the staff are always so friendly. I’m not in peak athletic form by any means, but I’ve found classes and instructors that actually motivate me to show up and move. If you want fun workouts that won’t overwhelm you, try Emily S.’s aqua bootcamps — her workouts are run in sets so you never get bored and they are a great, low-impact way to get your heart going. Or dance it out for an hour in Lauren V.’s Zumba class — learns some great moves while working up a serious sweat. If you canoe, kayak, or just want to tone your upper torso, the Drums class with Lauren or Emily is super fun too. And when you... read full review

I just joined the Functionally Fit class . I live it, but wish it was an hour long. It seems too rushed to cover everything. 15 minutes more would allow more explanation and individual help if needed.
