I would absolutely recommend Mantels Plus to my friends and family. We reached out to them to service/maintain an existing gas fireplace in a new home we purchased July 2025. It turned out that the fireplace could not be serviced and would need to be replaced. We went through Mantels Plus for the replacement. They were professional and communicated consistently. The tech, Paul, who came out to install the gas fireplace was friendly, efficient, and tidy. The new gas fireplace looks beautiful in our living space, and we would absolutely use Mantels Plus again!

We just had (3) fireplaces serviced today, Cleaned and checked for performance. The customer service from the Office to the service we received from Mantel Plus technician Paul was outstanding. Very Professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their gas fireplace serviced.
