J & J Pool Service Inc. is highly recommended for their excellent customer service and fair pricing. Customers have praised the team for their skill and integrity, especially in challenging situations. After experiencing issues with another company, one customer found J & J responsive and willing to help, even when fully booked. The team successfully handled complex problems, such as groundwater infiltration, and delivered a beautiful pool liner. Recently, they fixed a pool pump without replacing it, showing their knowledge and honesty. They also replaced the sand in a filter and installed a new pool pump, providing prompt and professional service. The staff, including Rob, Bryan, Alex, Tony, and Brian, are known for being friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. Overall, J & J Pool Service Inc. is trusted for quality work and is a go-to choice for all pool needs.

I can’t say enough good things about J&J Pool Services. After having a terrible experience with another pool company in the Waterloo Region, J&J fit me into their already busy schedule, diagnosed the issues, and came back to make sure my pool was shining.
Every person who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and incredibly courteous. They made a stressful situation feel manageable and completely won me over as a customer.
It’s clear their great reviews aren’t bought with money, they’re earned through real experiences that make customers feel heard, supported, and at ease.
